About Deals Lantern

Deals Lantern is an independent account that posts Amazon products that might be worth a look. It is run by one person with an automated system that checks and posts, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

How it works

Products are picked either by the automated system or by hand by the person who runs the account. Every candidate goes through the same automated checks and the same post format. A person oversees everything and can pause posting at any time.

Our posting rules

• No price, discount percentage, or claims like "lowest price ever".
• One direct amazon.com link that carries our tracking ID.
• The words "(paid link)" right after the link.
• No repeat of a product we posted recently.
• A limit on posts per day, and no automatic posting overnight.

What we don't do

• We do not invent reviews or testimonials.
• We do not use fake urgency.
• We do not pay to promote or boost posts that contain affiliate links.
• We do not buy through our own links.

Our guide to spotting a fake deal explains how to judge any deal, including ours.

Affiliate links and our Amazon application

Deals Lantern has applied to the Amazon Associates Program and is not approved yet. Once approved, purchases made through our links may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. Details are on the affiliate disclosure page.
